How it all came to be…
Simon remembers reading and watching with a magical glint “Charlie and the chocolate factory” as a young boy and so began a lifetime love of chocolate. As he came across more and more master chefs, passionates chocolate lovers and a world of chocolate.. a new idea emerged..
